Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with full payment due by the specified deadline. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in the currency specified at booking. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Additional fees may apply for onboard purchases, excursions, and premium services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposits are Non-Refundable. Bookings are final. Name changes are allowed.
Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and all required travel documentation. Sun Life Caribbean Cruise is not liable for denied boarding due to improper documentation.
Passenger Eligibility
Passengers must be medically fit to travel. Pregnant passengers beyond [X] weeks are not permitted to sail. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to deny boarding to passengers who appear intoxicated or pose a safety risk.
Health and Safety
Passengers must comply with all health and safety regulations, including vaccination requirements and health screenings. We reserve the right to implement additional health protocols as necessary. Passengers with contagious illnesses may be denied boarding or quarantined.
Conduct and Behaviour
Passengers must behave respectfully toward crew, staff, and other guests. Prohibited activities include illegal drug use, violence, harassment, theft, and damage to ship property. Violation of conduct policies may result in disembarkation without refund and potential legal action.
Liability Limitations
Sun Life Caribbean Cruise is not liable for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations due to weather, mechanical issues, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Our liability for personal injury is limited as permitted by maritime law.
Excursions and Third-Party Services
Shore excursions and third-party services are provided by independent operators. Sun Life Caribbean Cruise is not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of third-party services.
Photography and Media
By participating in the cruise, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and promotional materials, including logos, images, and text, are the property of Sun Life Caribbean Cruise and protected by copyright laws.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, or government actions.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London.
